26 Day or 43 Day Course of hCG... Which should I do? TOP

Generally, a 26 Day Course of hCG is for someone wanting to lose 15 pounds or less.  If you have more weight to lose than that, you should plan for a 43 day course.  If you have 50 pounds or more to lose, you should consider buying our Best Value Dosing Kit, which will give you all the supplies you need to mix and dose 5 vials of hCG.  That will be enough for two 43 day courses and a 26 day course.  This kit goes with the 5 pack of hCG, which is ordered separately through our recommended pharmacy.

How will I know what dose of hCG I should take? TOP

The right dose is different for each person.  You will know you are on the right dose, because you won't be distracted by hunger, and you should have plenty of energy for your daily activities and have a general sense of well being.  Most people do well on a dose of 150-175 IUs per day.  Start there and you can always increase a little at a time, if you need to.

How long will it take to receive my supplies? TOP

The Dosing Kits and other supplies you order directly from our website, are shipped out via Priority Mail with the US Postal Service, so you can expect to receive them in less than a week from the time you order them.  When you order hCG, through our recommended suppliers, it usually takes 2 weeks, but can take up to 3 weeks to arrive. 

What foods can I eat while on hCG? TOP
