B 12 Injections are commonly used in diet clinics as an energy booster.  It is also thought that B 12 complex has additional absorption capabilities to help hCG absorb better into the system.  It is usually given just once a week.  B 12 Complex is given as an intramuscular injection, which means that the needle needs to go in 1 inch to reach muscle.

Since the B 12 Complex comes in glass ampoules, a filter needle is necessary to draw out the liquid from the broken ampoule while not allowing any glass particles to enter the syringe.  An injection syringe that is for intramuscular injections is also necessary.  In the supplies below, the 27 gauge needle is 1 1/4 inch long, so that the injection can be given into muscle, such as upper arm, thigh or hip.  Please only buy the B12 Complex and the supplies below if you are comfortable with giving yourself such an injection.  Directions for the injections will be included with the supplies below.

You should avoid taking B12 while on the following medicines:  Antibiotics, pyrimethamine (Daraprim) or methotrexate (Rheumatrex), colchicine.
